Returns & Refunds

At Victory Road Collectables, we want every collector to be happy with their order. If something isn’t right, here’s how our returns process works:

Eligibility for Returns

  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • We cannot accept returns on opened or unsealed trading card products (e.g. booster packs, booster boxes, or other sealed TCG items) due to their collectible nature.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at Scott@vrcollectables.co.uk with your order number and details of the return.

  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we’ve sent the wrong product.

  • We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns to ensure safe delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or unsealed TCG products.

  • Digital products or download codes.

  • Gift cards.

Liability for Delays & Additional Costs

While Victory Road Collectables takes every care to dispatch orders promptly and use reliable delivery services, we cannot be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by the customer as a result of delayed, lost, or misrouted shipments. This includes, but is not limited to, travel expenses, loss of income, or other consequential costs. In cases of delivery issues, our responsibility is limited to working with the delivery provider to resolve the matter and, where applicable, providing a replacement or refund for the original order in line with our Shipping & Returns Policy.
